R. I now work as cultural attaché at the French embassy in Australia but I still play in a community orchestra

Cultural Attaché
French Embassy in Australia
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Paris-Sorbonne, a Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School, and a Master’s in International Business from Queen’s University in Canada, Mr. Raphaël COULHON worked at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at EY Advisory, and as a project manager at the Sydney Opera House in 2015. He became the deputy treasurer of Emmanuel MACRON’s French presidential campaign in 2016. Mr. Raphaël COULHON then joined the presidency of the French Republic as a mission officer with the cultural advisor before being appointed technical advisor to the deputy chief of staff and then to the Secretary General of the Élysée, Alexis KOHLER, until the summer of 2022. He then served as an advisor in charge of higher education, innovation, digital technology, and video games in the cabinet of the Minister of Culture, Rima ABDUL MALAK, until January 2024. He was appointed cultural attaché at the French Embassy in Australia in September 2024.
