Our musicians regularly feature in prominent events including Carols in the Domain, The Helpmann Awards, Foreigner live from Sydney Opera House, Tea Party at the Sydney International Convention Centre, Allianz Stadium ANZAC Day Cup, The Ivy, Australia Day celebrations, advertising campaigns, commercial events, fundraisers, concerts and more.
We can arrange for anything from a full symphony orchestra, a smaller chamber orchestra, a string orchestra, a symphonic wind orchestra, a brass ensemble, wind quintet, string quartet or a single musician.
We provide music for proposals, weddings, corporate events, parties, concerts, and recording sessions for CD, TV and film throughout New South Wales, as well as commercial performances requiring orchestral accompaniment.
Standard Performance Fees (based on 2 hours minimum hire)
$250 + GST
- Any fees paid to SYO in advance
- One chair per musician (preferably stools or chairs without arm rests)
- Storage space for musicians’ instrument cases & belongings during performance
- Acceptable reading light in the performance space
- Acceptable sized performance space for the ensemble you have booked
- For outdoor events, shelter from direct sunlight or rain is required regardless of the forecast.

- Specific repertoire requests, especially those requiring additional rehearsals, may incur an extra fee.
